1. About ScaleX
ScaleX is a free, browser-based AI tool for upscaling images and video. All processing happens locally in your browser on your own device — your files are never uploaded to a server. The Service is provided free of charge, with no account or registration required.
2. Usage rights
ScaleX is free for both personal and commercial use. You're welcome to use the Service and anything you produce with it in your own projects, including commercial ones.
Please don't resell, redistribute, or repackage the Service itself as your own product.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you input into and create with ScaleX. I do not review, monitor, store, or control what you put through the Service, and I am not responsible or liable for any infringing, unlawful, or unauthorized use of copyrighted or third-party content. Any consequences arising from such use are your responsibility, not mine.
4. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. I do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result or level of quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any claims related to content processed, upscaled, or generated using it.

I reserve the right to update or modify these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms of use.
